This 2012 Christmas single was originally issued as a limited physical CD release, serving as a yule tide gift to friends and family. It is now available as a free download.

The A Side track "The Sludge" is a slow gloomy dirge. Inspired by albums such as Type O Negative's "October Rust". The guitar recording is rather gritty, but suitably dark. The obligatory sleigh & tubular bells are bound to get you into the festive spirit of the holiday season.
The B Side track "Codswallop" is in a way music without music. It's just one throwaway stoner riff dragged through various arrangements; an experiment to see if one could make a whole piece of music out of a single idea one doesn't even particularly like.
